Shipping & Return Policy

Dear future Ice Society member,
We hope you are doing okay during these weird times. We as well are trying to do our absolute best to make your shopping and post-purchase experience as comfortable as possible during these strange times.


We make a great effort to ensure that your order is shipped as fast as possible. All of our pieces are carefully assembled and all of the stones on your Ice Society pieces are hand-set, which of course takes some time. On top of that, our factories are currently based in China, which means that the shipping to most of the world will take a bit longer than you might be used to. Depending on the shipping address, shipping can take up to 14-21 days.


Despite these small inconveniences, we will make sure that you are provided with a tracking number, so you will know the status and whereabouts of your order at all times. In addition to this we will also cover all of your shipping fees unconditionally, which means you pay for your Ice society piece and your Ice Society piece only.


We do not accept returns for custom products, solid gold or 925 silver orders as they are made-to-order and cannot be resold.


You can cancel your order at any time. Email to request.
We allow up to 14 days from date of delivery to request a return. After this time period our system will not allow a return. Returns postage is paid for by the customer, unless we have erred (we’ve sent you the wrong item).
As soon as a return is received you will get an email and we will automatically process the refund or replacement. We do not refund the shipping cost you paid. Please note, all items must be in original packaged condition in order for us to accept your return. A returns slip complete with address information will be created automatically within the returns system, which can be printed direct or emailed to you.
